About Los Asados De Pecho

The lively hum of conversation and the enticing aroma of slow-cooked meats set a casual yet vibrant tone at Los Asados De Pecho. While the interior leans toward simplicity, it complements the hearty nature of the dishes rather than detracting from the experience. Plentiful seating accommodates groups comfortably, though the bustling atmosphere occasionally leads to longer waits during peak hours. This balance of lively ambiance and practical layout hints at a focus deeply rooted in the food itself—an expectation mostly met courtesy of the thoughtfully prepared offerings from their varied menu.

A plate of richly marinated beef cuts, seared to a delicate char on the outside and juicy within, exemplifies the core appeal. Coupled with traditional sides reflecting Ecuadorian culinary heritage, the flavors are satisfying and authentic, though some may desire a touch more seasoning to elevate their palette further. Exploring online searches for Los Asados De Pecho photos often reveals this same rustic presentation, reinforcing how the visual simplicity mirrors the straightforward flavors. Occasional inconsistencies in portion sizes have been noted in various online reviews, suggesting that the kitchen, while skilled, could benefit from tighter quality control.

The staff display genuine attentiveness that manages to feel warm without intruding. Their knowledge of the Los Asados De Pecho restaurant’s specialties is helpful in clarifying dishes and navigating choices, contributing positively to the overall dining flow. Pricing tends to be reasonable, reflecting the generous cuts and hearty accompaniments served, though the signal-to-noise ratio in the dining area can challenge conversation at times. Considering the balance of atmosphere, execution, and value, it presents a solid option for those seeking an unpretentious but flavorful encounter with regional grilled cuisine.

We visited this restaurant for the first time a week ago and were very impressed. It is a bit more upscale than the other eateries nearby, but serve very traditional and simple meals. There is a pig roasting on the grill and your meal comes directly from there. Prices might be a bit higher that other places, but it is very comfortable (air conditioned) and the food is excellent. It can get busy at lunch time, so try to arrive a bit early.

Maybe the best "chancho a la barbosa/ hornado" (roast pig) in town. Winner of the "Feria Raices" award. The pork seems to melt in your mouth. Pork skin is so thin, crunchy and tasty. Yapingachos recommended. Four stars for not accepting credit card.

It's the most authentic Ecuadorian food you can get here in Guayaquil. Their speciality is roasted pork, mote sucio, yapingacho, caldo de pata. The restaurant is a little simple but confy, frequented mostly by the locals but i strongly advice tourist to give a try.

It really is a nice rustic place. I really like the place. In addition, the community is very rich. Each barbecue comes with a surprise that makes you want to return to the place. I also like the customer service a lot, because they give a very friendly treatment. to all, Excellent place highly recommended for all people who want to try the asado.
